David's
Fulbrighter Consulting

Traditional dancers in the Maramures region of Romania. June 2024.
My mission with David’s Fulbrighter Consulting (DFC) is to serve others by providing expert consulting, workshops and application reviewing for those interested in earning a prestigious U.S. Fulbright Program grant. The U.S. Fulbright program is widely accepted in academic circles as being one of the most prestigious and respected international exchange grants. Being a Fulbrighter means you are among the best and brightest in your field.
As the Fulbright grant selection process is highly competitive, my aim is to assist qualified applicants in securing a grant by reviewing/editing applications. I also provide the skills required to obtain a grant through my “Best Practices” application workshop (for the Scholar and Specialist grants only).
These services are provided for Americans wishing to conduct research/teaching projects overseas and for non-Americans wanting to implement a grant in the United States. I primarily work with the Scholar grant (for research, teaching or research/teaching projects) and its various offshoots: Distinguished Scholar, Postdoctoral Awards and Administrator Awards. I can also assist with Student grants (for conducting research), Specialist grants (short term consulting/training grants) as well as assisting the English Teaching Assistant (ETA) grant with general consulting (per hour via Zoom/Phone) and formal application reviews.
As a Fulbright alum (Ukraine/Scholar grant, Romania/Scholar grant and Mongolia/Specialist grant), I deeply respect the Fulbright mission of dialogue and mutual understanding between cultures. My favorite and most memorable work experiences in higher education have been with Fulbright. I have found teaching abroad be transformative both personally and professionally, while also making an impact alongside the communities I have served.
I enjoy serving and helping others as they navigate the application process and/or partake in workshops. Being a three-time Fulbright Scholar peer reviewer has given me tremendous insight into the many details of a successful application. My goal is to see clients flourish and obtain this prestigious grant.
As a side-note, I conduct all workshops and reviews myself using my specific expertise. I do not hire others to do this work. For now, this is a small scale do-it-yourself operation.
Please let me know if you have any further questions. I look forward to hearing from and working alongside you through the Fulbright process.
