Privacy Policy
David’s Fulbright Consulting (DFC) cares deeply about the privacy of its clients.

All application materials, general Zoom/Phone consulting, workshops and all other services are held in strict confidentiality. After an application review service is completed and submitted, I can delete all files of the Fulbright (or non-Fulbright) grant within a week after the deadline date upon request via email by a client. I maintain application materials in this timeframe as further services may be requested before a particular deadline or after by a client. No Fulbright application materials (or any other application type) content is shared with any other party. Digital files are safely stored on my computer that is password/touch ID protected. Only I Dr. David Gracon have access to this personal machine. Related emails with your application details (as attachments) will also be deleted a week after the Fulbright application deadline if requested via email by a client. Your personal information on Fulbright applications, workshops or general consulting is not shared with anybody and is used strictly for consulting purposes. This information is strictly confidential.
​David’s Fulbrighter Consulting (DFC) is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. For more detailed information about the privacy policy of Wix click here. Payments to DFC are not via Wix, thus this information is not stored by Wix in this capacity.
All direct payment gateways offered by David’s Fulbright Consulting (DFC) including Venmo, PayPal and direct bank transfers to U.S. Bank are safe, secure and trusted. No payment or banking information is shared personally by DFC with any other parties. DFC are not responsible for such websites’ or services’ privacy practices. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our services and to read the privacy statements of each and every website (in this case Venmo, PayPay or U.S. Bank for direct transfers, Zoom/WhatsApp and use of Gmail.com for correspondence, Microsoft Word for document editing) and service you visit before providing your personal information.

We may use your Personal Information to send you promotional content and messages by e-mail. If you do not wish to receive such promotional messages, you may notify DFC at any time via email.

Recording (video/audio/photo) of phone/Zoom consultations, live/Zoom workshops, or any other services provided by David’s Fulbrighter Consulting (DFC) is strictly prohibited. Occasionally a photo/audio/video documenting services provided by DFC is needed for promotional purposes only with the written and/or verbal consent of the participants before any such documentation occurs.

DFC reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
