Fulbrighter Consulting
Application Submission Process
For Scholar, Specialist, Student, English Teaching Assistant (ETA) grants. For American and non-American applicants

St. Michaels Golden-Domed Monastery. Kyiv, Ukraine. Fall 2017
1. Email (davidgracon@gmail.com) to confirm my availability (the weeks before grant deadlines are going to be busy) and schedule a review session. Note which grant you are applying for, your country of origin, area/discipline and country you are applying to conduct your project. Also note your payment method (no need to pay yet). Note the review option you want: The Basic or Deep Reading.

2. After receiving an email confirmation from me, submit ALL the application materials (Project Statement, Short Answer Questions, CV etc.) as separate WORD documents as email attachments. Name your file (David_Gracon_CV, David_Gracon_Project_Statement) for clarification purposes. Be sure to include all the question and statement prompts, short answer questions as guidelines vary by grant and sometimes by country. Please include this for clarity as screen grabs or copy/pasted into a singular Word document.

3. Submit all the materials written to the best of your ability, closely following the Fulbright guidelines. In your mind, this application is final and complete. To be clear, I do not write applications for clients. I guide completed applications that have taken time and serious effort to increase your odds of getting accepted.

4. Make the payment upon submitting your application materials via Venmo, PayPal or International Bank Transfer.

5. Documents will be returned with feedback within five business days of the receipt of the application materials and payment (unless you choose the expedited option).

6. If you have any questions along with way, get in touch.

7. I cannot guarantee your project will be accepted to Fulbright even with my expert feedback. However, I will do my best to ensure your application is the strongest it can be going forward.

Note: If an application is in deep disrepair, full of spelling and grammar errors and there is no possibility of it being accepted, I reserve the right to not work with a client.
